Commitment to Excellence and Ethics Integrity is the core of the nursing profession. At Yolle Institute, our Compliance program ensures that all students, faculty, and administrative staff adhere to federal and state laws, as well as the highest ethical standards of the healthcare industry.
Clinical Compliance To ensure the safety of patients and our own students, we maintain strict requirements prior to any participation in real healthcare settings. All nursing students must complete and maintain up-to-date:
- Criminal background checks.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certifications.
- Complete immunization records (including annual vaccines required by our clinical partners).
- Drug screenings.
- Annual training on HIPAA standards and infection control (OSHA).
Non-Discrimination and Title IX Compliance Yolle Institute is committed to an inclusive and equitable learning environment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or religion in the administration of our educational or admission policies. We fully comply with Title IX, prohibiting any form of harassment, violence, or discrimination based on sex.
Academic Integrity Code We expect our future nurses to act with absolute honesty. Plagiarism, falsification of clinical records, or academic cheating will result in immediate disciplinary action, which may include expulsion from the program.
Whistleblower Policy We foster a «Speak Up» culture. If any member of our community observes a violation of compliance rules, ethics, or patient safety, we provide secure and confidential channels to report it without fear of retaliation.
